At Zooka, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products (edible food items), we maintain strict guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Replacement

  • We accept returns only if:

    • The item was delivered in a damaged or tampered condition.

    • The product received is incorrect (wrong variant or quantity).

  • In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with images and order details at support@zooka.in.

  • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, partially consumed, or damaged items due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.

  • No refund is applicable for taste preferences or delays caused by courier issues beyond our control.

4. Refund Mode

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
